PROF BISHOP MICHAEL NWOKOLO (JP, GJP, DD, IPDC)

Prof. Bishop Michael Nwokolo is a distinguished scholar, clergyman, and security expert with multiple academic and professional qualifications, including PhD, Th.D., M.Sc., PGDBA, B.Sc., and several international certifications. He is a Forensic Expert, Security Expert, Fingerprint Expert, Handwriting Expert, and a Police Forensic Expert Witness since 2008. He also serves as a Senior University Lecturer in Criminology and holds a Global Forensic Practice Licence (USA).

He has served as a Forensic Document Examiner, a veteran of the International Security Organization Switzerland, and the 3rd Commandant General of the Chaplain Fellowship of Nigeria. His global roles include United Nations Human Rights Global Peace Director and International Director of Forensic and Forensic Psychology for the United Unity Environmental Rescue Organization. In recognition of his outstanding contributions, he received the 2023 Merit Award as the Most Versatile Outstanding Detective Security Consultant by The Patriotic Nation Builders Inc. and was named the 2024 World Winner of Best Diplomat and Transformation Ambassador – South America.

Spiritually, Bishop Nwokolo is the Presiding Bishop and Senior Pastor of Prince of Peace Ministry International, Lagos and Nigeria. He gave his life to Christ over 50 years ago (1973) and was one of the pioneers of Scripture Union in Otolokpo town, Ika North East Local Government of Delta State. Alongside other pioneers such as Rev Dr Luke Otunji, Pastor Augustine Chima, and Pastor Martin Osuhor, he grew in faith under the influence of Pastor W.F. Kumuyi and the Deeper Christian Life Ministry, attending several retreats in the 1970s that deeply shaped his spiritual journey.

He was ordained Reverend by Grace Christian Ministries USA in 2010, trained as an Evangelist under the Great Commission Movement in Jos, Nigeria (2006), and received his Ministerial Licence from Grace Christian Outreach Ministries in 2012. On 4th December 2022, he was consecrated Bishop at God’s Glory Pentecostal Ministry, Ojo, Lagos.

Academically, Bishop Nwokolo holds a B.Sc. in Public Administration, a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, and a Master’s degree in Sociology (M.Sc.) from the University of Lagos. He also holds a Ph.D. from Abide University, another Ph.D. from Wisdom University USA, and a Professional Doctorate from the University of Milford, USA. Additionally, he is a Professor of Security Management at Edexcel University, Republic of Benin.

Beyond ministry and academia, he is the President of the Institute of Public Safety and Security in Work Environment (IPSS), RC:1505821 (www.ipss.org.ng) and the MD/CEO of PNM Consultancy Services Ltd, RC:1588192 (www.pnmconsultancyservices.com.ng). He also serves as the Security Overseer of International Kingdom University, owned by Archbishop Prof. Dr. Yvonne Baxter Bentley (Queen Mother).
